- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup assorted pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chosen toppings on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge to form a log, sealing the seams.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with olive oil before baking for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
