Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets on the tray and pour half the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Brush with remaining marinade and broil for an additional two minutes for extra caramelization.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
