- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice (white or brown)
- Optional: Steamed broccoli or shredded carrots
Instructions
- Prepare by chopping garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar; mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice, garnishing with green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil. Add optional vegetables if desired.
