- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp mint extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in mint extract and green food coloring if desired. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Spread the filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
