Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Add mix-ins and fold until evenly distributed.
- Spoon batter into lined muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
