- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into mini pie dishes or muffin cups to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Gently fold sliced bananas into the pudding mixture.
- Spoon the banana filling into the prepared crusts and smooth with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Before serving, top each mini pie with whipped cream and garnish as desired.
