Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat; lightly oil the surface.
- Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and juices run clear.
- Allow resting for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
