Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients in advance.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt olive oil with half of the butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Pour in white wine; simmer for about 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Stir in lemon juice and remaining butter until melted; toss everything gently to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
