- 2–3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 large carrots
- 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes

Instructions
- Chop the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Optionally, sear the cubed beef chuck in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned to enhance flavor.
- Place the seared meat in the slow cooker and add chopped vegetables on top.
- In a separate bowl, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; pour over the meat and veggies.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any additional herbs; stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or high for approximately 4 hours until tender.
