Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and minced garlic.
- Marinate salmon fillets in half the marinade for 15 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Broil for extra caramelization during the last few minutes if desired.
- Drizzle with remaining marinade before serving.
