 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
 - Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
 - Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the honey-Dijon mixture over them, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
 - Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
 - Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with roasted vegetables or rice.
