- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes without moving.
- Carefully flip the salmon and brush with remaining marinade; grill for an additional 4-6 minutes until flaky.
- Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
