- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and coat with half of the mustard mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the chicken before serving.
