- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
- In a food processor, combine chopped garlic, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth (about 30 seconds).
- With the processor running, gradually drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; blend briefly to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with grilled meats or fresh veggies.
