  5. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and eggs one at a time.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Cool in oven with door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
