Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually stir in the milk until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently 3-4 times. Pat into a rectangle about 1-inch thick and cut out biscuits with a round cutter.
- Bake on the prepared sheet for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
