Instructions

- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly just to bring it together.
- Pat the dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut out rounds using a biscuit cutter or glass. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
