- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pour half of the honey-lime sauce over the fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over salmon before serving and garnish with lime slices and parsley.
