Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Dice avocados and set aside. Shuck corn from cob.

- Cook the Steak and Corn: Grill steak over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Grill corn until slightly charred.
- Make Cilantro Cream Sauce: In a bowl, mix sour cream with chopped cilantro and lime juice; season to taste.
- Assemble Your Bowl: Layer sliced steak, roasted corn kernels, and diced avocado in bowls. Drizzle with cilantro cream sauce.
