  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Instructions

  2. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Cook orzo according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In a skillet, combine olive oil and lemon juice over medium heat. Toss in cooked orzo and season with salt and pepper. Add feta cheese before serving.
