Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade; cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with some space between each piece.
- Grill skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
