  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, brown sugar, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. Place the London broil in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the meat. Ensure it's fully coated, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Remove the meat from the marinade (discard leftover marinade) and grill each side for about 6-8 minutes until reaching medium-rare doneness (135°F).
