- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)

- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides (5-7 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer meatballs to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Optional: Simmer baked meatballs in marinara sauce for 5 minutes before serving.
