  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides (5-7 minutes).
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer meatballs to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
