Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until clear to remove excess starch.
- In the rice cooker, combine rinsed rice, vegetable broth, butter or olive oil, and salt; stir gently.
- Close the lid and set to the regular cooking setting.
- Once cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
- Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro; adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve warm with your favorite dishes.
