Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Grease the skillet and pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look set (about 3-4 minutes).
- Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
