Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Test by splashing water; if it dances, it's ready.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
