Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop.

- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; some lumps are okay.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Test by sprinkling water droplets—if they sizzle, it's ready.
- Pour ladles of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 3 minutes). Flip carefully and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
