Instructions

- Create a well in the center and add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix gently until just combined; lumps are fine.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until water droplets sizzle on contact.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet; cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings like maple syrup or fresh fruit.
