- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients; mince garlic and halve cherry tomatoes.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp; cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; cook until tomatoes soften (around 3 minutes).
- Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet with lemon juice and parsley; add reserved pasta water as needed for sauce consistency.
- Serve hot garnished with extra parsley or cheese if desired.
