Ingredients
- 4–6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
- Place the thighs in the baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Serve hot, drizzled with pan juices.
