- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on a lined baking sheet and generously brush with garlic butter sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
