Ingredients
- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and herbs into the garlic butter mixture.
- Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over them. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over the salmon before serving.
