- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, parsley, basil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to prepare the herb sauce.
- Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Sear each chicken breast for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the Green Goddess sauce over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C). Let rest before serving.
