- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the salmon in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite sides.
