Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks. Boil in salted water until fork-tender.
- Mash the Potatoes: Drain and return the potatoes to low heat. Add butter and heavy cream, mashing until creamy.
- Add Garlic Flavor: Sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant. Mix into mashed potatoes along with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Grill the Salmon: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill skin-side down for 4-5 minutes; flip and cook until flaky.
- Serve: Plate the garlic mashed potatoes alongside grilled salmon, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
