The Blaze Pizza oven is available as a freestanding unit, as well as in countertop and built-in configurations. All three models include interchangeable propane and natural gas orifices, so if you ever need to switch from one gas to the other, you won't need to buy a gas conversion kit. Each configuration comes with a vertical rotisserie rod with a drip tray, and two cooking racks, while the freestanding unit includes stainless steel shelves and tank storage.
