Corned beef hash has a canned reputation, but this fresh version is absolutely delectable. Chef Gavin uses an Instant Pot to pressure cook fresh corned beef with pickling spice. Minced garlic, red potatoes and onion slices are cooked in a skillet until tender. Combine with slices of the Instant Pot corned beef and chili powder for a hearty Corned Beef Hash that's a far cry from it's canned cousin. Serve with a dippy egg on top.

Instant Pot Corned Beef Hash Ingredients:
1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® corned beef
6 small red potatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
6 fresh eggs, pan fried
