- Malcom's King Craw
- Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
- Red Handled 6" Flexible Knife
- Red handled 12" Slicer
- Thermoworks DOT
- BBQ Gloves -
Turkey Injection Recipe:
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning (I used Malcom's King Craw)
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce (I used Killer Hogs Hot Sauce)
Whisk together well. Make sure mixture is room temperature before injecting into turkey.
