1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® ground beef 80% lean
1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoons butter
4 hamburger buns
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 1/2 cups shredded coleslaw mix
12 ounces thin sliced deli pastrami, separated into 4 equal portions
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
