  • 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until well blended.
  3. Pour half of the filling over the cooled crust; sprinkle crumbled Oreos on top before adding the remaining filling. Smooth out evenly.
  4. Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
