Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm around the edges. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
