Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top.
- Rinse and dry the chicken wings, then season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch mixture; stir until thickened.
- Bake wings for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with honey garlic sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
