Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients, folding gently until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
