- 1 cup cooked lobster meat
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

- Black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook cavatappi until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour for about 2 minutes until golden. Gradually add heavy cream, whisking continuously. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Combine ingredients: Gently mix in lobster meat along with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then incorporate the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with panko breadcrumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
