  • 24 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time on low speed until combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool in the oven with door ajar for an hour before refrigerating. Chill before serving.
