Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract gently to avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
