Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Add aromatics: Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Create the sauce: Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until melted.
- Toss in greens: Add spinach or kale; stir until wilted.
- Cook pasta: While the sauce cooks, boil linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Combine everything: Mix cooked linguine with the creamy sauce and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
