Instructions

  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes).

  5. Pour in seafood stock and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Gradually stir in heavy cream and simmer on low for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add crab meat and shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink (3-4 minutes).
