  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chopped mushrooms and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and a splash of milk until smooth.
