  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc recommended)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add white wine to the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Gradually stir in heavy cream and simmer gently for another 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, coating well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and garnished with parsley.
